Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery

UAE Orders: Delivery within 1–3 business days via trusted local couriers.

GCC & International Orders: Delivery within 5–10 business days depending on your location.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Fees

Free shipping on all orders above AED 150 (UAE).

A flat rate shipping fee of AED 15 applies to orders below the threshold.

International shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order status directly from your account on our website.
5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in their country. Snapcore is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@snapcore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
7. Change of Address
To change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is dispatched.
